Judy Olson When I was pregnant with my daughter, I came home from work after an exceptionally long day, and my husband had bought me the "new" Pretenders CD. I listened to it every day for the rest of my pregnancy. After my daughter was born, I would hold her in my arms and sing "I'll Stand by You". Even now when I hear that song, it brings a tear to my eye because I recall all the joy I felt holding my newborn baby in my arms and singing her a song that seemed to say everything I could never put into words.
