at 8:30 AM.
Later that day, Chrissie will guest DJ at Q104.3 on the Scott Muni show between 12:00 and 1:00 PM.

According to Rolling Stone, Jools Holland is working on a Fall release entitled 'Duets', which will feature
collaborations with Chrissie, Jeff Beck, Ray Davies, Norah Jones, Jimmy Cliff, the Stereophonics and others.

The Pretenders, along with Gloria Estefan, Michelle Branch and Chaka Khan, will perform at the third annual
"Women Rock! Girls & Guitars" benefit concert. The Pretenders will perform 'Complex Person' and Chrissie
may do a duet with Gloria Estefan on Rabo De Nube. The concert takes place October 10 at the Kodak Theatre in Hollywood
and will be broadcast October 25 on the Lifetime cable channel. Jennifer Love Hewitt will host the show and more
performers will be announced soon.

The Pretenders are no longer on Warner Brothers (can we scream "YEAAAA!!!" loud enough?) and have
signed on with Artemis Records. The new album, 'Loose Screw', is tentatively scheduled for release in the US on
Nov. 12. The first single will be "Complex Person". The band hopes to tour early next year in support
of the release.
